Our Custom Home Marketing Plan is comprised of many different elements, including:

Print Media Advertising. We place ads in Keller Williams Buyers Guide, Targeted Promotional marketing pieces, local newspapers, community newsletters and more.
 
Expert MLS and FMLS Listing Creation. We have a unique way we describe your home listing to the professional real estate community. We know what words and phrases attract agents who have active buyer clients.
 
Strategic Price-Point Placement. We execute a thorough Property Pricing Analysis. If your home is priced right, it will sell quickly.
 
Print Collateral Creation / Distribution. We create full-color fliers that are distributed to area agents and buyers. We also provide copies for distribution via 'flier boxes' and for buyers who tour your home. Each home flier is custom-created to maximize the salability of your property and the community in which you live. It is important to not only market your home, but the area surrounding your home!
 
Premier Listing Servicing throughout the life of your listing agreement. The Premier Group has a licensed assistant available to you five days a week.
